You are supported every step of the way
With each route, you will have a dedicated operations manager from the operations team who will oversee your route from start to finish.
This will include giving detailed information about your business, products, and customers to the drivers, as well as your delivery and POD preferences, and any extra equipment you may need.
They will also ensure your route is picked up in a timely manner.
During an active delivery
Your dedicated operations manager monitors your active routes closely to make sure everything is on track.
This includes:
- Ensuring your driver arrives to the pickup location on time
- If a last-minute issue happens, finding a replacement driver
- Monitoring your driver closely to make sure the route is being completed on time, in the correct order, with clear proof of deliveries
- Making any last-minute route changes at your request
- Resolving any problems and discrepancies with drivers and customers
After the delivery
Upon completion of your route, your dedicated operations manager will contact the driver for a follow-up discussion to see how the route went, and if they encountered any issues which you or other drivers need to be aware of.
This helps us suggest improvements or point out key factors which help make the route more successful.
