Roadie Delivery Tracking
Roadie offers a tracking service for deliveries. To track a delivery with Roadie, you can click on the tracking link provided via email or text. If you did not receive the roadie tracking link, you can visit www.trackmyroadie.com, and enter the tracking number.
When you visit the page, you will see a field to enter your Roadie tracking number.
This allows you to monitor the status and location of your delivery.
How do I track my Metrobi delivery?
Metrobi’s platform allows you and your recipients to track drivers in real-time. Simply log in to your platform and select the delivery. Our platform will display the driver’s position on the map in real-time. If you need immediate assistance, you can reach out to Metrobi support or your delivery drivers directly.
Similarly, receivers can use the tracking link sent to their phone or email. They can track the driver when their delivery is next in line.
Does Metrobi have a delivery notification system?
At Metrobi, we understand the significance of effective communication for your customers. The Metrobi platform sends SMS and email notifications for “Delivery Scheduled,” “Upcoming Delivery,” and “Delivery Completed” to your customers.

How do I access Metrobi proof of delivery?
After completing a delivery, drivers use the Metrobi driver app to take proof of delivery photos. This includes delivery photos, invoice photos, wet signatures, and any other necessary documentation. These photos are stored on your dashboard indefinitely and can be easily accessed by clicking on your delivery details.
Your receivers also receive proof of delivery photos. It helps them to locate their deliveries and keep a record of what has been delivered.
