How everything started

Q: How did your business begin?

Christopher: “Alonti started as a small café-restaurant, with a strong focus on catering for breakfast and lunch. Over time, as the demand for catering grew, we shifted our strategy to open dedicated catering kitchens rather than dine-in locations, allowing us to really focus on what we do best—providing top-quality catering experiences.”

Q: What do you think made Alonti successful as a business?
Christopher:
“Our success comes from two things: the quality and variety of our food, and the dedication of our team. We have an extensive menu that most catering services can’t pull off, but we do because our entire staff is fully invested in the food and the customer. From the kitchen to the delivery, our people care deeply about making each experience exceptional, and I believe that commitment shows in our growth and reputation.”

Q: When was your proudest moment?
Christopher: “My proudest moment was seeing Alonti come through the challenges of COVID. While many catering businesses struggled or closed, we adapted and maintained our standards, coming out leaner and stronger. As our customers returned, we were ready, with the same quality and reliability they had come to trust. Being part of a team that didn’t just survive but thrived was truly rewarding.”
