Q: How did the business begin?
Erin Pepper:
“Keegan started Little Food Company during the pandemic with two food hall concepts—a salad shop and a sandwich shop. We had worked together before and stayed close, and when the time felt right, I joined him to grow the business together.”
Q: What do you think made Little Food Co successful as a business?
Erin Pepper: “It comes down to quality, pricing, and service. We’re really intentional about our ingredients and our menus, and we keep the price point competitive. But most importantly, we’ve built a great team—they’re the ones representing us every day.”
Q: When was your proudest moment?
Erin Pepper: “I’d say growing the team has been the proudest moment. We now have consistent, loyal team members who’ve grown with us. Watching their development as the business expands—it’s incredibly rewarding.”
