Q: How did the business begin?
Milvia Amador: “Carolina, one of our CEOs, became interested in catering and hospitality, and along with Victor Koenig, they founded SimpleCater about 14 years ago.”
Q: What do you think made SimpleCater successful as a business?
Milvia Amador: “I think what made us successful is our authenticity. We don’t try to Americanize the flavors. We just do what we know best: classic, clean gelato done right.”
Q: When was your proudest moment?
Milvia Amador: “When we get referrals from offices like McKinsey in another state, that’s a big win for us — because it gives us the opportunity to demonstrate what we can really do.”
What are your favorite things about Metrobi?
